... or at least The Onion thinks so. :-) I feel like community design must be moving up in the world, if we actually merit a whole satirical article.

Now, the kind of sad part is that I couldn't put this in our national organization newsletter, because of the possibility that some folks would take offense and think they were being laughed at. But a) they're not, unless they're actually as ridiculous as the people quoted in this article; and b) even if The Onion is making a little fun of community revitalization efforts, if you can't laugh at yourself sometimes, then you take yourself too seriously.
